Return Policy 

Accessories that have been used or worn, no longer have the original tags, were ordered in error, or broken due to misuse will not be eligible for return. Accessories must have original package to be eligible for return. No exchanges allowed. No cancellation of orders.

 

Accessories that were shipped in error or damaged in transit may be returned for a full credit within 3 days of receipt. To initiate the return, the customer must contact Shimmer Parlor via Shimmerparlor@gmail.com for a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Leave: Order Number, Name, Telephone Number and Email Address. The Shimmer Parlor LLC will contact you regarding your return and refund request. You will receive an email and verification call back. 

 

After the verification call back and you return the merchandise, a refund in the amount of the original purchase will be processed on the original form of payment.
